Born in Peru and based in Sweden for many years, DJ Espe carries the heartbeat of her roots wherever she goes.

Her lifelong passion for music began in her childhood, sparked by the very first time she saw an accordion. Determined to master the instrument, she convinced her father to buy her one, even though it was larger than she was! Her older brother had to accompany her to every lesson, carrying the heavy instrument so she could learn the secrets of its keys.

That early, deep-rooted fascination with the accordion opened the doors to a lifelong love towards music.
